Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Mavorium Private Limited collects through mavorium.in, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Mavorium Private Limited (“Mavorium”, “we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in India, CIN U63999DC2026PTC473807, with its registered office at B-138, Second Floor, Office No. 202, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018.
We are the data fiduciary for personal information submitted through this website. For any privacy question, write to techteam@mavorium.in or call +91 93159 81771.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus a small amount of technical data your browser sends automatically.
Information you provide
- Service enquiry form: your name, whether you are enquiring as a business or an individual, business name, email address, contact number, alternate contact number, existing website, city, the services you are interested in, your indicative budget, preferred timeline, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the project description.
- Partnership form: your organisation name, contact person name and designation, email address, contact and alternate numbers, website, registered address, city, state and country, years in operation, team size, GST/CIN or registration number, areas and regions of interest, indicative commitment, and your proposal.
- Launch signup: your email address only.
- Chat and voice assistant: the messages you type or speak to our assistant.
- Job application: your name, email address, contact and alternate numbers, city, years of experience, key skills, portfolio and LinkedIn links, current and expected salary, notice period, how you heard about the role, anything you write in the cover note, and your CV. Where you apply after passing a Mavorium AI Academy exam, the course you passed is included.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, recorded with form submissions to prevent spam and abuse.
- The page address a form was submitted from, and the date and time of submission.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
We never ask for payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, Aadhaar or PAN numbers through this website or through the chat assistant. If a page or a message appears to ask for these, do not enter them — contact us on +91 93159 81771 instead.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to you. Your enquiry is emailed to our team so we can prepare a quote or reply to your proposal. This is the primary and expected use.
- To provide the services you engage us for, once a project begins.
- To send you a confirmation that your enquiry arrived.
- To keep the site working and secure, including blocking automated spam.
- To consider you for a role, where you apply through our Careers page, and to contact you about it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations where a contract is signed.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry — if we ever start a newsletter, you will be asked separately and can opt out at any time.
4. The AI chat and voice assistant
Our website includes an AI assistant that answers questions about Mavorium. You can use it by typing or, on supported browsers, by speaking.
- Messages you send are transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API, which generates the reply. Anthropic processes the message on our behalf as our service provider.
- Voice input is converted to text by your own browser’s speech recognition, and spoken replies are produced by your browser’s speech engine. Depending on your browser and device, that conversion may be performed by your browser vendor’s servers. This happens under your browser’s own privacy terms, not ours.
- Microphone access is only requested when you tap the microphone button, and is released as soon as you stop speaking. We do not record, store or transmit audio.
- Conversation history is held in your browser for the length of the session and is cleared when you close or reload the page. We do not store chat transcripts on our servers.
- Please do not enter confidential information, personal identification numbers or credentials into the chat.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the website or deliver a project:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the emails generated by it.
- Our email provider, through which enquiries are delivered to our team.
- Anthropic, for AI chat replies, as described above.
- Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where required.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose.
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where information is transferred abroad, we rely on the provider’s contractual data protection commitments.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become projects: for the length of the engagement plus the period required by Indian tax and company law, typically eight years.
- Job applications and CVs: 12 months from the date you apply, so we can consider you for later openings, then deleted. Ask us at any time and we will delete yours sooner. If you are hired, your file moves to our employment records and is kept as employment law requires.
- Anti-spam records, including IP addresses used for rate limiting: one hour.
- Chat conversations: not retained by us.
7. How we protect it
- The whole site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit.
- API keys and mailbox credentials are stored in a server-side file that is blocked from web access and never sent to your browser.
- Stored enquiry records are blocked from public access at the server level.
- CVs are stored outside the public web folder. Nobody can reach a candidate's CV by guessing an address — only our team can open them.
- Access to enquiry data is limited to the Mavorium team members who need it.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable laws elsewhere, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase information we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for.
- Withdraw consent to further contact, at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Email techteam@mavorium.in with your request. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
A note for candidates. Mavorium never charges anyone a fee to apply, interview, train or join. We will not ask you for money, bank details or documents such as Aadhaar or PAN before a written offer. If someone contacts you asking for payment in our name, it is a scam — please report it to techteam@mavorium.in.
9. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
