These terms apply to every paid Mavorium service — plans, subscriptions, AI agents, audits, websites, credit and store items.
1. What you are buying. You are buying the Mavorium service, plan, credit or build shown on the checkout page, at the price shown. 2. All payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a payment is made it cannot be refunded, cancelled for money back, or exchanged — in full or in part — including for unused time, unused credit, unused messages, unused audits or builds that have started. Work on your order (AI build, hosting, credit, setup) begins as soon as the payment clears. 3. Subscriptions. Monthly and yearly plans run for the period paid. You can stop renewing at any time; the current period is not refunded. When a plan ends, your data and agents stay in your dashboard (paused) until you renew. 4. Credit and messages. Prepaid credit and message packs are used as you go, never expire unless stated, and cannot be turned back into money. 5. AI results. AI answers, audits, scans and generated code are provided to help you; you are responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them or put them live. 6. Your details. You confirm the details you give are correct and that you are allowed to use the websites, code and data you give us. 7. Fair use. Accounts that abuse the service, try to break it or resell it without permission can be suspended without a refund. 8. Taxes and charges. Prices are as shown; any bank, card, currency or payment-app charges are yours. 9. Governing law. This contract is governed by the laws of India. Questions: techteam@mavorium.in.
