Miracle AIMAI CRMMavora AI AgentsFor all products
Miracle reads a project ZIP or an idea you describe and produces code, files and a project ZIP using artificial intelligence. Output is generated by AI: it can contain mistakes, security weaknesses or code that does not run. You must review and test everything before you use it in production.
You confirm you have the right to upload every file you give Miracle. Do not upload passwords, API keys, customers' personal data or other people's confidential code. You keep ownership of your files. Subject to payment, you own the output Miracle creates for you, except third-party open-source parts, which stay under their own licences.
Uploaded files and generated projects are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and your download history, then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own backup of anything important.
Monthly and yearly plans include the limits shown on the plan page. Automated scraping, reselling access, or using Miracle to build malware, spam tools or anything illegal is not allowed and leads to suspension without refund.
If you use a Miracle voice call, your voice is processed to turn it into text for the AI. Do not share sensitive personal information on a call.
When you buy the hosted MAI CRM, Mavorium runs your workspace on its servers. You are the owner of your workspace and the customer data you put in it; Mavorium processes that data only on your behalf to run the service. You must have a lawful reason (for example consent) to store and contact the people in your CRM, and you are responsible for the messages your team sends from it.
A ZIP purchase gives you a licence to install MAI CRM for your own business on servers you control. You may change the code for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or publish the code as your own product unless Mavorium agrees in writing. Hosting, backups, security and updates of a self-hosted copy are your responsibility.
The workspace owner decides who gets access and what they can see. Keep passwords private and remove people who leave your business.
The AI assistant and AI staff inside the CRM suggest actions and draft messages. Check them before sending; you remain responsible for what is sent to your customers.
Depending on the plan, AI agents are delivered as a ZIP you run yourself, as agents hosted by Mavorium, or as a custom setup after a quotation. Agents are software that uses AI models; they are not people and can make mistakes. Keep a human in charge of decisions about money, health, law, hiring and anything with serious consequences.
If you connect your own email, phone, WhatsApp, social media or API accounts, you confirm you are allowed to, and that the use follows those providers' rules. Charges from those providers are yours unless your plan says otherwise.
Agents that call or message people must be used only with people who agreed to hear from you, and must follow Indian telecom rules (TRAI / DLT) and the rules of other countries you contact. Mavorium may stop an agent that is used for spam or misleading calls.
You need a Mavorium account. You must be 18 or older, give true details and keep your sign-in private. One account works across Mavorium products.
We work to keep the services running but do not promise they will never be interrupted. We may change features, AI models or providers to keep the service working.
To the extent the law allows, Mavorium is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and its total liability for a product is limited to what you paid for that product in the 3 months before the claim.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, create security risks or do not pay. Where fair, we will tell you first and give you time to download your data.
